Check in begins at 4:00 PM, and check out is 11:00 AM.

Early check in and late check out may be available for a nominal fee. Availability is based on occupancy, so we recommend connecting with the front desk team ahead of your arrival or during your stay to check availability.

Cancellation policies vary throughout the year. Most reservations require cancellation prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee, with the following schedules applying for 2026:

• January 1 - May 31, 2026: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
• May 22 - May 24, 2026 (Mule Days): Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• June 1 - October 31, 2026: Cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
• November 1 - December 31, 2026: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Exceptions may apply during local celebrations, holidays, and special events. Guests booking under a group rate code or group reservation may be subject to different cancellation terms and should refer to their group agreement for full details. Additionally, some special rates, packages, or promotional offers may have unique cancellation policies. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

A $25 nightly amenity fee is applied to each stay. This fee is included in the total price shown when booking.

Yes, the $25 nightly amenity fee is mandatory. It includes access to on site recreational facilities, Wi Fi throughout the property, and use of the complimentary guest laundry.

A $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card at check in to cover any charges made during your stay. Any unused funds will be released back to your card after check out, based on your bank’s processing time.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. We do offer two designated outdoor smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke.

The closest airport is Eastern Sierra Regional Airport (BIH), located about 2 miles from the hotel that offers seasonal flights. The airport offers daily commercial service to Denver and San Francisco on United Airlines.

Self parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

All guest rooms include a mini fridge and coffee maker. Premium and Creekside rooms also feature an in room safe for added convenience.

All guest rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and heating for your comfort.

Maximum occupancy varies by room type:

• King Room: up to 3 guests
• King Room with Sofa: up to 4 guests
• Double Room: up to 5 guests
• Double Room with Sofa: up to 6 guests

Additional guests may be subject to an extra fee. We recommend reviewing room details at the time of booking to ensure the best fit for your stay.

Rooms with sleeper sofas include bedding at no additional charge. Baby cribs are available upon request, based on availability. Please note that the property does not offer rollaway beds.

Wayfinder Bishop does not offer connecting rooms.

Daily housekeeping service is provided during your stay.

Hotel staff may enter your room for daily housekeeping service or in the event of an emergency to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and the property.

The hotel does not host weddings or special events on property. However, we can accommodate room blocks for groups, based on availability. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Guests can enjoy a nightly happy hour, offering a relaxed way to unwind after a day of exploring the Eastern Sierra. The property also features a fish cleaning room and storage available for guest use, ideal for those spending the day fishing in the area.

The pool is open seasonally for registered hotel guests and is available daily during the season from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool hours and availability may vary due to weather, maintenance, or special circumstances, so we recommend connecting with the Front Desk for the most up-to-date schedule during your stay.

The hotel does not have a fitness center on property.

Ice machines are available on property and can be used to fill coolers.

A curated selection of clothing and travel essentials is available for purchase at the Grab and Go Market on property.

The hotel is dog friendly and welcomes up to two dogs per room. A $49 per night, per dog fee applies.
