Reservations & Policies

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies vary throughout the year. Most reservations require cancellation prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee, with the following schedules applying for 2026:

    • January 1 - May 31, 2026: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
    • May 22 - May 24, 2026 (Mule Days): Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
    • June 1 - October 31, 2026: Cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
    • November 1 - December 31, 2026: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

    Exceptions may apply during local celebrations, holidays, and special events. Guests booking under a group rate code or group reservation may be subject to different cancellation terms and should refer to their group agreement for full details. Additionally, some special rates, packages, or promotional offers may have unique cancellation policies. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

  • Is there a nightly hotel or amenity fee?

    A $25 nightly amenity fee is applied to each stay. This fee is included in the total price shown when booking.

  • What does it include and is it mandatory?

    Yes, the $25 nightly amenity fee is mandatory. It includes access to on site recreational facilities, Wi Fi throughout the property, and use of the complimentary guest laundry.

  • Are there any additional fees that I should be aware of?

    A $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card at check in to cover any charges made during your stay. Any unused funds will be released back to your card after check out, based on your bank’s processing time.

  • What is the smoking policy on property?

    Smoking is not permitted inside the building. We do offer two designated outdoor smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke.

  • Does the property offer on site dining?

    Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Whistling Trout Dining Room.

    In the evening, guests can enjoy food and bar service at the Creekside Club from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are not required.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol to the property?

    Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. However, it must be consumed in your guest room only. Outside alcohol is not permitted in public areas or in the hotel’s dining venues.
