  • What does the nightly hotel fee include and what is featured in the accommodations?

    The hotel fee is $20 per night, plus tax. This fee includes on-site self-parking, daily hot breakfast buffet, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, in-room coffee, access to outdoor pool & hot tub, self-service laundry facility, and access to the fish cleaning and storage room.

    All accommodations include luxurious linens & bath products, in-room refrigerator, in-room coffee maker, work stations/desk, and large flat screen televisions.

  • Is there a fee for bringing pets?

    Yes, there is a pet fee of $50 per night, plus tax. Maximum two (2) dogs per room. Please note that any damages caused by pets will be billed to your account. We strive to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times? Are there early departure and late check out fees?

    Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Check-out times after 11:00 AM will result in additional charges. Departing before the originally scheduled check out date will result in an early departure fee.

  • Can I bring alcohol to the hotel?

    Yes, you may bring alcohol to the hotel but it CANNOT be consumed in our restaurant or bar areas, it is a violation of California liquor law.

  • What does it mean that this is a smoke-free property?

    Our property is entirely smoke-free, meaning smoking and/or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the buildings, including guest rooms, balconies, and common areas. This policy helps ensure a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all of our guests.

  • What should I do if I need to access my bicycle during my stay?

    You can access your bicycle anytime during your stay. Simply visit the front desk and they can provide information on how to access the storage area and any procedures that may be in place.

  • Under what circumstances might hotel staff enter my room?

    Hotel staff may enter your room for several reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Performing routine housekeeping services.
    • Conducting maintenance or repairs.
    • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies (e.g., no smoking, no pets without authorization).
    • Addressing emergencies or safety concerns.
    • Verifying occupancy for security purposes.
  • What is the damage fee acknowledgement statement?

    I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage, theft of property, or excessive cleaning required as a result of my actions while staying at the hotel. This applies to the hotel accommodations and the hotel premises, if applicable. This includes smoking fees, pet fees, bicycles in the guest rooms, or additional unregistered occupants. If any violations are determined by Management, a Policy Violation fee may be assessed up to the amount of $1,000. I also agree to pay any additional charges to my account to restore or replace property; including loss of revenue for any duration that the hotel is unable to reserve the accommodation to others due to damage or condition.
