Paw Friendly Stays in Bishop, Ca

DOG GUIDELINES FOR YOUR STAY

Welcome to Wayfinder Bishop. We’re glad you and your pup are here. To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

  • Pet Fee: A fee of $49 per dog, per night will be applied (maximum of two dogs per room).

Pet Limit: We allow up to two dogs per guest room.

Leash Policy: Dogs must remain on a leash at all times outside your guest room. Walking paths run alongside the hotel, and a designated relief area is available on property. Bishop City Park, located just across the street, also includes a dog park.

Clean-Up Responsibility: Please clean up after your dog using pick-up bags available at the relief area or from the Front Desk. This helps maintain a clean environment for all guests and complies with local regulations.

Public Area Restrictions: Dogs are not permitted in public areas including the lobby, pool deck, dining outlets, or other food and beverage spaces.

Unattended Pets: Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms. If a pet must be left alone, they must be secured in a kennel or crate. A valid contact number must also be provided and monitored at all times.

Noise Policy: Excessive barking, whining, or disruptive behavior that impacts other guests may result in:

  • Room relocation after two complaints
  • Cancellation of the reservation after a third complaint
  • Guests remain responsible for all charges incurred, including the current night’s room and tax, and any additional costs associated with guest compensation.

Behavior & Safety Policy: Wayfinder Bishop reserves the right to cancel a reservation or require immediate removal of a pet in the event of aggressive, destructive, or otherwise unruly behavior.

Cleaning & Damage Fees: Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or damages caused by pets.

Thanks for helping us keep Wayfinder Bishop comfortable for everyone. We hope you and your dog enjoy your time here with slow mornings, open trails, and plenty of room to roam.
